My new password doesn’t work?

Before checking with your in-house contact or emailing us at clientassistance@3dbusiness.com.au you can check... that you have not used cut and paste from your password confirmation email. Instead type the password in full, remembering your password is case sensitive.

I have lost or forgotten my password?

- The ‘login’ page provides a link for you to generate a new password... http://www.3dbusiness.com.au/forgotpassword.aspx#.V4MSedvr1xE

- Click the link, you will be taken to a password screen where you; enter your current company email address and click the ‘generate your password email’ button. Once reset the system will provide you the option of immediate access

- Additionally, an email will be sent to your inbox (please check you spam setting and junk email if you do not receive the new password email). In this new email will be a link allowing you to reset your password, and it will also send you an email confirmation.

I don’t have a username OR password?

- Firstly, before you can access a password you must be registered as a user in the system by your company system administrator.

- Once you are entered as a user simply follow the instructions under FAQ ‘I have lost or forgotten my password’

OR if you are participating an in upcoming survey

- You will receive an email inviting you to participate in the survey when the survey is released by your company administrator

- In the email select the link to go to the system ‘login’ page.

- Click the ‘new user’ option,

- You will be taken to a password screen where you; enter your current company email address and click the ‘generate your password email’ button. Once reset the system will provide you the option of immediate access

When I log in (open the system for the first time) I can find any surveys to complete?

- When you log into the system if there any tasks that require your attention, such as surveys to complete, a red ‘alarm bell’ icon will be displayed at the top right of your menu bar. Simply click the red alarm bell icon and a window will open displaying a numbered list of task for you to action. (see screen shot below)

Why do I have more than one survey?

- If you are participating in a leadership survey you may have more than one leader you work with so you will have a survey to answer on each leaders PLUS you may also be a leader of one of more teams for which you will have one survey for every team you lead. Note each survey will clearly notate if you are the leader OR which leader you are completing it on

What devices will the system work on?

- Any lap top or computer with internet explorer

- It will NOT work on iPads, or mobile phones. However, some tablets that utilise Microsoft explorer will allow the system to function

What Web Browsers can I use?

- Microsoft Internet Explorer is the only web browser support by 3D Humanistics. You can download Microsoft Internet Explorer for free at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17621/internet-explorer-downloads

- If you are using windows 10:

  • the Edge is your default browser but it is easy to activate Internet explorer as it is already installed... for easy future access you can ‘pin’ Explorer to widows 10 start or task bar… refer to this simple ‘how to’ http://www.thewindowsclub.com/open-internet-explorer-in-windows-10
  • Also FYI you can, while you have a website open in any tab in Microsoft Edge, click/tap on the More actions button (the 3 dots … top right of your screen), and click/tap on Open with Internet Explorer (see screen shot below)

My computer is asking for ‘Silverlight’ to be installed

- The 3D Humanistic system utilises a sophisticated modern software called Silverlight (provided freely by Microsoft) and most computers will require this Silverlight to be installed if it isn’t already installed. So simply follow the e prompts on your computer to install the Silverlight software from Microsoft and you will be ‘up & running’ in no time… note you need to reboot your computer after you have installed the Silverlight software. My computer won’t allow me to download Silverlight

- Silverlight is free software so if you are not able to download it then are two main reasons to consider 1) Your antivirus software limits your installations. If this is the case, check your antivirus settings or contact the antivirus software provider. 2) Your company IT policy and practice limits your ability to download software to your computer. This restriction can be applied in many ways and is usually for the good reason of your company system’s integrity, so we recommend you contact your system administrator to provide you access… feel free to have them contact our help desk with any questions.. clientassistance@3dbusiness.com.au

Will my feedback on my leader be anonymous?

- The simple answer is YES, all of your answers are made anonymously and remain anonymous across all leader and system reporting.
However,if you happen to be in the rarer circumstance of being the only team member, we can again confirm that NONE of your individual question responses will ever be visible to anyone in your organisation, but in such an instance what will be visible is the resultant aggregation of your responses, even so, your leader will never know your specific individual question responses

Can I complete the survey over time?

- If for any reason you are not able to finish survey, then upon your return the survey will continue from where you left at the last page you submitted (clicked the next at the bottom of the page

How many questions will I have to answer?

- Your 3D survey is based upon a strong scientific framework with extensive validation for its effectiveness in the workplace. As such your survey requires you to complete a total of 120 questions, this number of questions assures there is the required level of survey integrity and genuine rigor.
However, all survey questions only require of you to select one of 5 options, with a simple click, so it is fast and easy. You will NOT be required to write any extended answers. We generally find the average user completion time for a survey is between 15-20 minutes but this is just an average and there is NO time limit, expectation or value placed on the time it will take you, we understand this is personal and will vary. For your knowledge we do not in any way record the time taken by you, so please enjoy the experience and remember that like everything else… the time you invest will reflect in the value of your return

I am a leader with NO staff will I still get any results, reports or development?

- Yes you will…. A strong value and uniqueness of the 3D Leadership assessment is that it uses 3 Dimensions (3 reference perspectives) of data contributors… one is the leader, the second is the team members and the third is the company benchmark. So if you happen to be in a situation where you a leader but have NO direct team reporting to you then you will still get results and development opportunities based on yourself and the company benchmark

How long after the survey closes will it take to get my results?

- Immediately after survey closure and agreed release by your company… no delay
